Early last year, before the pandemic hit us, we were looking at our company from a different perspective. This involved asking our customers for feedback to further improve our service, looking into our company values, and making sure that we went through every internal process with a fine-toothed comb.
Our team members and company are continually improving, whether it's further product training, personal development, learning more about customers, or simply managing to get better prices for you.
We work harder so you don't have to!
Some of the biggest changes we made during 2020/21 include:
- Our highest availability yet with 11640 fully stocked lighting product lines
- Many team members working from home (and now back in the office!)
- Online branch meetings instead of our usual face to face visits
- Simpler rebate structure
- Internal structural changes in order to improve processes and customer experience
- New branding to reflect our values and internal changes

By far the biggest change we have made is the way you can order. Our fantastic team members are still available to take your calls, but now you can order via our online ordering portal on our brand-new website!
A year in the making, we have worked hard to ensure that our new website is a full product information platform and ordering portal. The website includes every product we have in stock, including some difficult to find obsolete items plus brand-new products so you really get a view on our entire offering. You can now order 24/7, check further product details, download data sheets, check your account information and invoices, and order products - all in one place!

You can use the Quick Order option to upload item numbers and quantities easily. Our portal will pick this up and create a full order for you to purchase at checkout.
