How can I sign up to the ordering portal?

The ordering portal is available to existing customers only. You can apply for a trade account via the website here or by speaking with our dedicated Sales team on 0113 467 0000.

What is the last time for orders for Next Day Delivery?

You can order any time up until 4:30PM on our website, or 5:00PM by calling 0113 467 0000, in order to receive your goods the next day. 

Can I collect my order?

If you are local and would like to collect your order, or would like someone to collect it on your behalf, you can choose the 'Collection' option at checkout.

Collections can be made any time between 8:30AM - 5PM.

What is a Small Order Charge?

Previously, we have offered all orders carriage free. However, this has become unsustainable, making us a loss on some small orders due to keeping our prices fair. In order to reduce the occurrence of this, and to have this only affect the people using the service, we have introduced a Small Order Charge.

This charge impacts less than 2% of our orders.

Orders under £75 will be subject to a Small Order Charge of £7.93.
